Greg, My Cinelli catalogue (the one w/ the two sprinters (WHO?) on the cover is in storage now; so unobtainium) of about 1977 lists 3 steel stem angles. One of those, the "flatest, is "equivilent" in angle to the road stem angle. Same stem? I think so. Were the early steel road bars same o.d. at the stem area as track steel?. I do not know. Anyone?
