US Postal finally adjusted their pricing similar to UPS. They gotta pay for Lance somehow- I doubt it is coming from $0.37 stamps. After a bit of reaseach with the other biggies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, RPS, etc) you will find they all generally structure their pricing schedules in the same way. There is the normal gouge rate, then there is the Oversize gouge rate. Your rebate will come in the form of a dividend check when you buy their stock I guess.
