Steve- I whole-heartedly agree with you that the seller is incorrect to claim that these hubs are from the 70s. From the QR levers I would agree 100% with you that they seem to be of the same type that came with Victory. At the same time, I know that Victory High-Flange hubs Do Not look like these shown in the auction. It also seems like you have pretty strong feelings about the seller--perhaps with good reason too, (please out the shinanigins of this bad seller so that we can avoid him as well). However, given they are not your standard high-flange Victory, are you !00% you can rule out the possibility that they are indeed beefy tamdem hubs? Just considering all the possibilities. cheers
