Subject: [CR]NEW ACQUISITION with that elusive 60s ride

Today I picked up a CINELLI SC which had been sitting in a garden shed up in the NAPA VALLEY(82o today) for quite a while. The serial number is 1077 and I am guessing it is a mid 60s bike.
Interesting features on this bike are STEEL BADGE STEM and STEEL GIRO bars(unfortunately look to be 37cm or so) GREASE fitting in top of BB and also screw hole at bottom of BB.
RECORD derailleurs with cable housing stops on levers,NR cranks with no date ,UNIVERSAL 61s,HIGH flange hubs and not very straight FIAMME REDS.
Perplexing is the total lack of chrome on lugs, ends or crown,I know this is not common as I have seen only one other as I recall. The bike also has a DARK gray paint job which maybe a repaint(circa 1972 or so )and looks very thin(looking at nicks and scratches)
                        Any enlightenment appreciated
