I asked a retired framebuilder friend in Italy and he told me that he only received two different decals during his 30 year career. He started receiving decals in the late 50's or early 60's when he began to order Campagnolo component directly from Campagnolo (earlier he had purchased through a wholesaler.) This decal said 'montata con materiali originali Campagnolo gruppo record' surrounding the logo with the Campagnolo script signature on the illuminated world map. He received these decals in large sheets of perhaps 40 decals each. Then in the late 60's (he believes it was when the Nuovo Record equipment began appearing) he began to receive the 'ovoid prodotti' speciali decals. He continued to receive these decals until about 1980 when Campagnolo stopped sending any decals with his orders. He then retired in the late 80's. He said he never received any other decals from Campagnolo, even though he often saw them on other bikes.

If you look in the Campagnolo catalogs, you will also see that these are the only two decals that appear on the product pages. Cornelius Loh of Singapore regularly sells adhesive copies of the 'gruppo record' decal on ebay.
