You can substitute a longer bolt and use either a Mafac hanger or a Universal hanger with QR and a nut on the longer bolt. You'll have to tighten the allen bolt first to set the seat height, and then use a second wrench on the nut to hold the hanger. You can get "thin" nuts at a hardware store if you want low
profile.
