I bought my PX-10e from the curmudgeon behind the counter at Wastyn's in March of '73. They carried Peugeot's and Cinelli's at that time. In addition to Roberts, I think someone on the south side also carried Peugeots, but I wouldn't swear to it.

Friends who bought "10 spd race bikes" went to Licktons for Dawes, Holdsworth, Witcomb. Only French around were Motobecane and Mercier from another northside dealer. Roberts Cyclyes handled Peugot but no one I knew went there because of it's location. No idea what could have happened to all those Peugots Roberts must have sold over the years. To students from Northwestern U in adjacent Evanston?

PX-10 was more common than Paramount in Cleveland, near where I lived in the early 70's though.
