Cambio Rino was a component manufacturer as an off shoot of Ofmega in the early 80's. The main importer for them into North America was Gardin / Cambio Rino which was an importing / distribution company based in Mississauga , Ont. Canada that was owned by a company called Mobile Pallet Inc.

Mobile Pallet Inc was wholly owned by a man named Joseph Gardin Sr. Joe Gardin Sr. was a great fan of European professional racing and was a promoter of events in Canada in the 70's and 80's. His son, Joe jr, owned a store in down town Toronto for several years.

Joe Sr. produced and distributed Gardin frames and Cambio Rino bicycles in Canada in the 80's and early 90's. He was also an avid supporter for Jocyllin Lovell, 39 time Canadian National Champion.
