The new/old A-D SLE, I bought this AM, is equipped with a steel handlebar that is mounted on a GB Forged Alum. stem. On one side of the stem is a circle, like a world globe. On the other is a hunched over rider, with what appears to be an old style leather "hairnet", riding a track bike. What might this handle bar be, with regard to manufacturer??

I ran across an A-D today. It looked like the decal on the top tube said "SLE" but it could have been "SL" (a little beat up around the decals). I couldn't examine it very long, but I did note that, rather than Suntour, it was equipped with Huret shifters and derailleurs. Dark blue, like the one on the CR website. 531 sticker but I couldn't see if it was main tubes only, or what. Based on this sparse info, could this be an earlier version than the one pictured on CR? I will have a chance to look more closely in a couple of days but would like to be armed with as much info as possible before buying this bike.
