Chuck, Thanks for the reply, especially the comment about your source being Euro-Asia Imports who we used to buy from. My mentor, Sam Braxton specialized in cyclo tourism (assembling the Hemistour bikes, building wheels for Ian Highbell) and he would have stocked the 41s if available. The earliest Campagnolo price list I still have from Euro-Asia is dated March '78 and by then they were only listing 42 as the smallest. I'm just surprised & a bit humbled that I have never seen one before. Also, I certainly didn't mean to imply that Tullio wasn't aware of the reveal it's just I remain curious as to why they quit offering them.
