I want to sent my best wishes for a quick and complete recovery. Russ and I have been two of the biggest Francophiles among a group of mostly Italian bike fanatics here for several years. I miss his support in the good natured debates here on the list and hope for his quick return. He is one of the finest and most gracious gentlemen it has ever been my privilege to know. An ex-boss of mine had a triple bypass about 6 years ago and was back at work in 3 weeks and climbing mountains again in 6. A colleague had one about 4 years ago and within two months felt better than he had in 10 years. Modern medicine can do miraculous things in this area. I trust that Russ will have an equally positive outcome.
