That is the 50's era Masi headbadge. That one probably is one of the reproductions that are being made in Italy. Not really a fake so much as a reproduction, but it did not come from an original Masi from that period.

It doesn't look like any Masi badge I've ever seen and is completely unlike the ones that Scott Davis has, that are new production from the original maker.
