Subject: [CR]Slack but Speedy

Not too long ago, there was some discussion about the slack frame angles of British club and racing bikes prior to the late 1930s.

A gorgeous example of this is this 1930 Raleigh Record presently on offer by Hilary Stone on eBay. Hilary's pix capture all of the hallmarks of British club bike design before the war and foreign influences. This is a little sweetheart of a bike that just sits there begging to be ridden from John O'Groats to Lands End....

Thank goodness she's too small a frame (again!)....
