Don't think it'd be worth much, not to a collector anyway. In addition to the replacement fork and top tube, it appears to have the wrong decals (judging by the dropouts, serial number and the triangular cutout in the seat tube tang of the seat cluster, it looks more like a late 70's Prestige than Gran Crit)
