Coaster brakes feature a spring (sometimes called a "retarder spring") of some sort to provide a bit of resistance for the part with the female helical thread, so that the thread will screw in and out as you reverse direction, rather than the "nut" rotating with the "bolt." Sometimes these springs need to be tightened or replaced after years of use. Might also help if you had a lighter grade of lubricant on the acme thread of the driver.

There is no part of a coaster brake hub that needs to be lubricant free.
