If you want period correct, you will look to find a pair of the original American Classic band clamps (they supplied their cages with either the band clamps or the braze-on mounts). The clamps were also sold separately.
If you don't care about period correct, you can use Zefal plastic, Elite plastic, Minoura metal, or Klik-Fix metal (and I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting to mention).
