IMO, definitely a Gios (not just from fork crown but also seat stay top eyes & BB). And likely one from the mid 1970s, which were the very best of Gios. Very thin nicely shaped lugs, a lot of "filing up." That would be worth "saving" by repainting properly and decaling.

How much would you pay for this frame and fork? packing and shipping might cost me about $50 from the seller. They are asking a little over $200. Is that a fair price? too much? a sweet deal? it is my size.
