Like everyone else who has written, I found this Cirque, my fifth--I believe--to be better than the past, but I also remember writing something similar in 03 too.

I find interesting and rewarding what varied and different backgrounds attendees have and yet united in a single interest that is also varied and different.

Other than the bikes which were impressive this year--the Cinelli display particularly fetching--I finally met another set of individuals with whom I have corresponded, sold stuff to, bought stuff from, traded emails about bikes with, and now I can recognize (or at least for now, I can) a face with a name. Charles Andrews, Matt Gorski--part of the California group--and Scott Davis, along with numerous others.

No great finds for me this year for bikes or parts, but certainly well worth the spin of five hundred miles on Friday and a return through a deluge of rain in the West Virginia mountains on Sunday.

Thank you, Dale, what a host, and what a show.
