Chuck and all,

Upon occassion Mario would run next door from Masi to the machine shop and mill out some dropouts for special projects. I suspect this bike was made for someone in particular; probably a friend, employee, or someone related to the Masi managment.

They are milled similar to the ones on my Confente, but with two additional holes.
