One of my customers came into posession of a frameset
that looks like (and has a serial number that makes
sense for) an early 1960s Cinelli. The fork is not
original--recognizable as a Schwinn Paramount track
fork. The lugs, bb shell, and dropout-area finishing
are Cinelli-like except for the lack of drilling along
the lug points. There's a grease/oil port in the bb
shell, on the top of the left side. Edges of the lugs
look too good for this to be a Windsor, which are
usually "gappy." Could this be a Cinelli "B?"
Thanks
