Early 1970's Colnagos ARE NOT 'plentiful and cheap'!! Original/early 70's model's have been climbing in price almost as fast as early CA Masi's and Italian GC's. The last 4 or 5 early models like this that I have seen on Ebay have jumped 250% in price over the last 2 or 3 years. If you do some careful watching & a little research, the 'something specials' become very apparent.

I would say the buyer has taken leave of his senses. Colnago Supers are plentiful and cheap. Maybe there is something special about this particular one, but it isn't apparent to me.
