I believe that this is a Basso made frame... in view of rear stay treatment, other details.Also, I am pretty certain that frames built in Santa's workshop did not have the personalized dropouts. That was a later introduction to build brand image. IMO this may be a "real" Pogliaghi according to some, but I wouldn't be interested in it.
