Does anyone know who owned the Poghliaghi tandem track bike that ran in Nor Cal in the late 70's-80's? I remember how the name rolled off the lips of anyone mentioning it, and I wanted one (a single of course.) Surely those fond memories are the result of earlier-referenced "elf work"?
