[CR]GB "Coureur 66" center pull brake levers needed

Last weekend I saved an old Raleigh Grand Sport from an ignomious fate. The bicycle is identical to the one on: http://www.classicrendezvous.com/British/Raleigh/Raleigh_1963_GranSport.htm except that it was originally a deep blue-green. The frame was mangled, but some of the parts were salvageable.

It had a good pair of GB "Coureur 66" center pull brake calipers which I'd like to use on another project. The brakes look like the one's at: http://www.classicrendezvous.com/British/GB/GB_66_cpl.htm

Does anyone know where I can get matching levers?
