Tom Probably the oval logo. I've seen remanents of them on the seattube of 69/70 white Raleigh Pros. The blur on the seattube appears similar to the blurred headbadge in the photo. Too large to be the Carlton belt logo decal that sometimes was used, and doesn't look like a blur of the Carlton "guy on a bike" logo that also sometimes appeared. If you find somebody who has reproduced that particular decal, inquiring minds want to know who.
