Charles Pelissier at speed, 1935 TdF. My barber was born in France in 1921, and lived there until 1947, when he moved to Ohio. Before the war, C.Pelissier was his favorite cyclist.
Is that a 90 deg stem on his bike or maybe it's an adjustable? (almost looks like part of the clamp behind his arm)
