What's interesting is that the bike has what appears to be a _stencilled_ "F. Moser" on the downtube. There is definite overspray, and it looks like spray paint. There are however some decals on the top tube that look to be Moser decals. I haven't even pulled it out of the box yet, so these are preliminary observations.
I wonder if it was built by someone else and badged for the team.
BTW, thanks to Steven Maasland for advice on shipping and help with some German translation.
