1967 is my best guess: The Nuovo Record rear derailleur was intro'd in Catalog #15 (end of 1967) along with the new clamp-on bottom bracket cable guide (#626/a). The catalog shows the Record front derailleur with the integral cable housing stop, but I think they just ran the old part drawing in the catalog. Probably didn't do a new drawing since they literally hacked off the cable housing stop for the new version without the stop.
Like I said, just a guess...
