Mary E. Kaminski shared another bad eBay experience, which I can <snip>, but left me thinking:

<snip>

PS: After dealing with everyone on this list & the iBob list, we get spoiled a little & forget that not everyone is as wonderful to deal with. FWIW, that was really nice of Baron & Cecile to help out. Nice to know that there are still some honest folks in the world. ++++++++++++++ Mary, I've only sold once on eBay and only bought once (I think) there; prefering to list things here. In fact, it has come to be a habit just to respond to "WTB" notes on this list. Frankly, at my advanced age, I get my fun from getting parts I have to people who really can use them, and getting a reasonable price for them. Would I make more on eBay? I don't know - or care, really. This feels like a community to me , and that doesn't.
