well my thoughts would be at least build it up, some frames need to be built up as a bicycle, they just look quite naked without parts/componets. In the end its up to the owner wether he/she rides the thing, or hangs it up to admire it. There would not be many frames that could be hung to admire just by themselves......regards wayne davidson Invers NZ......
