[CR]Hinds restoration advice needed

Hello,

A friend who is not a list member has a Hinds frame and fork which he believes in late 1950s/early 1960s. He says it has very ornate lug work, is pastel grey with yellow decals and olympic rings. He would like to restore the bike and needs advice on what might be suitable period parts for this frame and fork. If anyone can provide some historical background to Hinds bikes, it would be very much appreciated.
