Hmmm.... didn't that group come out in the late 80's???? Sounds OT to me... which is fine by me.

If nobody has said so, the answer is the CDA were piccollo only.

In addition to what E-riccardo said (below), another interesting diff from C-record is that the CDA had stamped cups, like a Victory or Nuovo Tipo hub. Cosmetically the CDA was similar to C-rec, but the guts wuz a bit cheaper. I bought a set thinking they were just like C-rec, but without the excessive dust cap BS and therfore a sort of Nuovo, Nuovo Record. Alas, stamped cups and 3/16" balls up front meant that they were more of a Nuovo, Nuovo Tipo.

Also, the final machined shape on CDA is really quite a bit different from C-rec. the flanges are not so thick near the base, so they are kinder to spokes... more like all the other Campys than the C's as far as the flanges go.
