197 gm - plain old block letter Campy Record front brake caliper. 237 gm - Campy Delta front caliper, not sure which generation. 194 gm - Weinmann Delta caliper (elegant little unit with semi-automatic adjuster, never became popular).
40 grams is 1.4 ounces, so the total penalty for using Deltas instead of the regular old campy side pulls is less than 3 oz. Without taking credit for the slightly shorter cable in back. :-)
