I'm currently riding a Crescent as my only ride due to evil French bike thieves. This is the one that was sold at the Cirque auction.

It does not match the markings on the CR site, it is white with gold lug lining. The gold foil "quality" sticker is in the middle of a double set of world champ stripes on the seat tube. On the TCO problem, the bike is under square 60cm ctc seat with a 57cm tt. Bottom bracket drop is about 7cm. Full 531 stickers with a 27.0 seat tube. The lug work could charitably called crude, The builders were not permitted files, the Nervex Pros are straight from the box, the BB has a huge casting seam on the bottom. But the brake bridge is dead on, brake blocks are at the bottom of the slots front and rear. It does have a lively ride and semi sporty handling, a fun bike, with good Karma in this case.

If anyone knows the the date or know what the original build up would have been, I'd like to know.
