Thank you for your inquiry.
The year the frame was made is 1976, the seventh frame of that year.
This truly is an early frame, we mainly starting building in 1974.

I'll gather up some parts for it, and hopefully be able to give it a test ride sometime next week... Should be interesting with a short wheelbase & lots of toe-clip overlap!
