I think this is it. They're in no way official.

I think anyone, although I think the preference is that you bring a rideable pre-1983 road bike, and that you be ready and able to ride it with the group.

I don't think anyone's set one up yet. I'd have suggested an east-bay ride, but I'm gone the last two weeks of this month. I'd like to suggest one for September.
