Not so wacky, if you desire a certain bike but the bikes needs to fit into a certain life style such as riding in the rain or the need of racks then this is the only way to have the rigg you desire but with a few changes................Right now we have a Colnago Arabesque that is set up as like this Super...............Chainstay bridge also has been modified to accept the fender hardware and the brake bridge has an added threaded stud on the bottom side as well, this of course is to lock down the fender......................Serious stuff!
