you can't measure it.
it's the virtual centerline from the bb center
to the axle center. you fixture for it, but after
the bicycle is assembled it is only an approx-
imation. that's as close as you get - you're going
to use a tapemeasure on the diagonal, skewed by
the cranks and qr - those parts yield a diff measure.
