I got a Stronglight of the same pattern from Hilary. He said the date was 1960.

> I thought I had read here before that the TA Cyclotourist type crank arms with the modern cotterless design was not introduced until the early 1970's after a brief experiment with the unique "cotter-like cotterless" TA design. Whether or not that is a triple, it would seem to place the current TA arm design as early as 1961. Anyone have definite information on when the Cyclotourist type arms were introduced?
