Ok, So now I have figured out what a new in the wrapper Park Cotter Pin Press (CR-2) is now worth and if you could find one for sale.

Based on my research, I think that asking $125 + shipping is fair. If the five people that emailed me earlier about it, (you know who you are) first one to respond wins.
