[CR]Superbe Pro brake bits needed

I just picked up these calpiers with levers: http://members.roadfly.org/losgatos_dale/superbe+calipers.jpg

And need:

1) a long centerbolt for nutted front brake 2) a tension adjuster with the rubber wheel (or just the rubber "wheel") 3) either suntour superbe gum hoods or modolo anatomics, non-aero

Can anyone help? These are for my (83?) Specialized Sequoia, I want to replace the non-original campi calipers with these.
