Nice bike for a nice price!
Are you sure that you need new paint? The pictures don't look bad. The original Taylor double boxlining can't easily (or cheaply) be duplicated. A Taylor of your era had the lining gracefully applied with a dagger brush rather than a roller as was done on the later models. As one who has done some double boxlining (with a roller) I feel well done brush applied boxlining has mucho mojo!
