Richard and Joe have added some photos of the various seatlugs (see links below). Charles is right in stating that these seatlugs with plug-in seatstays were ubiquitous in Italy for a period. While the lug might have had slight variations in lug outline or came, with or without, windows, I am virtually certain that they all came from the same producer. The Bozzi and Frejus ones are probably identical as Bozzi made the Frejus bike shown in the photo. Staying on the Bozzi theme, if you look in the early 1950's Emilio Bozzi catalog that Chuck sells, you will find a few versions of this type of seatlug on pages 201, 202, 203 and 208. They are both with or without windows. I have also spoken to a friend who is an oldtime builder in Italy who tells me that he used a few off the shelf varieties of this style lug that were made by Agrati.
