This bike has a 151mm BCD Record crank. Its easy to see how high the chainring bolts sit above the spider when you compare. In fact its 3.5 mm!

If it is, that would contradict the statement that the bike is Nuovo Record equipped, and suggest perhaps it is earlier than 1970. Also, this is the second late 60's/ early 70's Raleigh I have seen on eBay recently with Gnutti hibs (or at least QR's) on what was otherwise an all-Campy (except brakes) bike. The other was an International. Was Gnutti original equipment on some high-end Raleighs in
