Check out this auction for a "Mavic brake gruppo":

http://ebay.com/<blah>

OK, so it's really MAFAC, what's two little letters between friends? Comes with that "Extra rare French AVA 20mm Italian fitting FACTORY DRILLED STEM"! (I don't have a clue what 20mm Italian fitting means, but it sounds really cool).

I think the "factory" where these were drilled was somebody's garage, where they broke out the old Black & Decker after a 6-pack of beer.

Those who believe that deaths from knowingly riding stock AVA stems should be ruled suicides will really love this drilled out baby.

Oops! Now that I've outed it, all the CR members will stampede to outbid me.

What are the different Mod E models and their differences from one another?

Then, how is the Mod E2 different then the MA2?
