Dunno, but I saw some very tasty looking 700c Rigida rims that Mr. Muzi at Yellow Jersey has. Maybe he might be able to source what you need. A bit heavy & $99 for a pair but they certainly look the goods and are 22.5mm wide which us philistines with Delta brakes like.
