This 1964 Paramount on ebay is 55cm. The seller makes the following claim about the bb:

"The frame comes with a very nice (original) Campagnolo Record headset and very rare Campagnolo record bottom bracket. What is rare about this bottom bracket is that it was only made for 2 years 1962-64. It is not in any Campagnolo catalogs, as far as I know. The cups are marked: Campagnolo 1.370 "X 24 t.p.i CON SFERE DA 3/16". It takes 3/16 ball bearings (like Super Record) and the spindle has a thicker section near the races (like Super Record)."

Is this in fact a rare bb? Lou Deeter, Orlando FL
