I busted one of these once. I consider the Park unit vastly superior.

I have a unit similar to the VAR labeled "MULTI" Its distinguishing "feature" (in Microsoft lingo; others would say "design defect") is that the handles are real wood, attached much like file handles. But always loose, so you have to remember to keep the handles at the bottom while rigging the device, so it doesn't fall on the toes or crack the concrete floor...
