I'd like to more precisely date my Ron Stout frame, serial number 9281. When I bought it from Steven Sheffield, he speculated that the numbering system means it was the 92nd frame built in 1981. Does anybody know definitively? Alternatively, does anybody know where Ron Stout is today and how to get a hold of him?
