If you check the archives, I started a thread on this a little over a month ago. It garnered a response from Holland and he listed the publisher as the only source, so yes, a convenient way to obtain this one would really be appreciated by me.

I have a copy of this book, which I bought in France. I don't believe it is sold in other countries than France and Luxemburg, but you can order the book directly from the publisher in Luxemburg: http://www.editions.lu/livres/peugeot/index.htm
